Monthly Review - August 2020

What a month August was. I had so many good intentions for August and a lot got scuppered, some for the better, some annoyingly not so much. In August I started to exercise more, going out for walks everyday starting around the middle of the month. I started to eat healthier and track my macros and calories. I also managed to read a lot more.
